My stay at the Steigenberger Hotel El Tahrir was mostly positive. The hotel is ideally located in downtown Cairo, making it easy to visit the museum and Tahrir Square. The staff was incredible, making everyone in our large group feel welcomed. However, the room I had didn't offer much privacy due to its proximity to an adjacent building, which was a bit of a downside.
